ARKANSAS

ACCESS TO ARKANSAS STATE CRIMINAL RECORDS

To find out if an individual has a criminal record in the state of Arkansas we check the state repository, the relevant county criminal court records, or civil court records.

The Arkansas State Repository limits access to criminal arrest records ONLY.
Signed release IS required for a statewide search only.
State records contain information submitted to the State of Arkansas from each county and other criminal justice agencies. Records are updated monthly.
Sixty-one (61) out of seventy-five (75) Arkansas countries provide felony record searches by phone, mail or fax without a signed release. If the county, or counties, specified can only mail records back to us then there will be an unavoidable delay in processing the record request.

All felony records and civil case filings involving amounts of over $3,000 may be filed in one place in each county, the County Court, or in several individual municipalities.  This is dependent on the structure of that county's court system.
Records are available for convictions dating from 1920 to today.  Prior to 1920, searches can be conducted by Federal or County records.
Cost is $29 per individual searched statewide and $20 for a county criminal record.
Delivery Time: Turnaround time is approximately 7-9 business days for a statewide search. Results are e-mailed to you, or faxed on request. We cannot guarantee turnaround time as we are dependent on the state getting back to us in a timely fashion. If the county, or counties, specified can only mail records back to us then there will be an unavoidable delay in processing the record request.
