Your Criminal and Prison Record Search order is taken through a secure online ordering system (see our Security Statement), and all connections are encrypted using a state-of-the-art 128 bit encryption process. After you click on any of the "order online" links that are to be found throughout the site, you will be linked to our system using the 128 bit encrypted link. You can check the security of the link by looking at the address bar, where the URL (web page address) will be prefixed by "https://" (https: stands for a secure link rather than the standard http: prefix), or at the bottom of your browser, where you will see a padlock symbol. If the padlock is "closed" then the link is secure.

		STEP 1 - Start in the *SEARCH ORDER FORM. Start by entering the information of the person being searched on. Enter the first/last name, birth date, maiden name, Social Security Number (if known) and current or most recent address. Next, select the types of CRIMINAL RECORD* that you will be searching for by clicking in the box. Don't worry! You will be able to remove or add records at the next step.
		STEP 2 - For each of the CRIMINAL RECORDS that you selected in the previous step, select the state and counties whose criminal record database you want to be searched.
		STEP 3 - REVIEW what you have selected. The total cost of the records you selected in the previous step are shown. At this point you can delete criminal record searches with just a single click, or go back and add records or change the applicant's information.
		STEP 4 - FINAL REVIEW SCREEN. Here you can add another applicant, and look at the list of searches that you have requested up to this point. You get to review the costs and can add or change applicant information.
		STEP 5 - YOUR INFORMATION. Tell us where you want the reports to be sent (usually to your e-mail address), and enter your name and address so we can identify your files should the need arise. You will also be asked to enter a password that will allow you to Login to your online account and see the results of the searches. Reports pending will be shown in real time.
