ordering system. This information is organized
and then transmitted directly to one of our in-state
researchers. We obtain our record information directly from the source,
with hundreds of researchers who access the latest federal,
state and county databases
to assure the most accurate and up-to-date records
available.
We supply employers, landlords, government agencies
and concerned individuals with the information they need. Our services are accurate, fast,
professional and confidential.

cannot by law provide this information until you

The order system is an easy five step
process, and you will see exactly how much each
record is going to cost, and you will be able to
edit each item before you complete and pay for the order. There
are no hidden items. The only changes to charges shown on the
order system are made if an incorrect search is ordered, or if a
change to the order is made after it has been submitted to our
system.
Please Note: If you call
to cancel your order BEFORE the order is processed, then there
will be a $15 cancellation charge assessed. Once the order has
been processed and submitted to the record repository, then we
cannot refund the charges.
The report will be sent to you by fax or email. If you
choose to receive the report by email then download a copy Acrobat
Reader using the link on the left. It will make viewing the
report much easier.

Consent
forms are needed for a small number of the state criminal record
repositories. You will be told if a consent form is required
when you make the online order. BUT county criminal records for
all 3500+ counties in the US are held to be PUBLIC RECORDS and
do not require a consent form or any type of disclosure.

(all counties), $18 to $50 for other states. See our guide

right to change prices at any time. The price for your order
will be clearly shown in the online ordering system, and you
will be able to make changes to your order at almost any point
in the system.
